  Could really teach the sales man how to sell a vehicle myself ! Really came across as disengaged .buy it or leave it type . Happy to say my £45.000 is being spent with another landrover dealer ... Lovely showroom at hay cheep coffee flat sales man.

  I bought a range rover sport autobiography just little over two years ago spent an awful lot of money and i decided to go with likes instead of Stratstone (which is closer) as my friend said id be looked after !! To be fair Adrain on sales is a great guy and in general the front of house is great but the 1 star reflex the attitude of the aftersales department as what a big mistake purchasing from them avoid at all cost i'd make the effort and spend your money with another Landrover dealer .The After-sales department not only lie , they are condescending each time you call to explain a fault on your vehicle which I've had endless faults the list goes on abs suspension rear axle, knocking sound etc. but I'm gripe mainly is when your car is book in for the service late june under the five year service plan and they take your car in and instead of doing what they said they have done, they just reset the light !! (even tho I've pre paid my service plan ) .whilst it was in might i add they found a fault with rear axle changed the part needed delivered the car back few days later but failed to bolt the two supporting brackets back up ! i only notice this when someone pointed out there was stuff handing down from my truck my local garage fixed the problem to which Likes still haven't paid them even tho they have emailed them the labour bill over, when i called terry he explained a junior tech had hand tighten them!! and the senior tech didn't check it was done !! come on please your selling high end products its got to be a joke .So i ask myself how did this come to light it was that the service indicator came back on less than 3 months later and they tried to explain to me that all they did was re set it (even tho the lady told me it was fully serviced for another year ) so it would falling line with the yearly service as if it fell sooner they wouldn't get paid from Land rover i'm sorry thats not my fault my car is on a serve plan( you sold the plan to me )serve light says it needs to be done I've pre paid just get it done I've spent almost 85k on this truck and they feel its accpetable to miss lead you is shocking !! Then the knocking sound to which the technical advisor whom heard it said it would be rectifed sadly it wasn't i had to drive the car to stratstone and they explain in less than 5 minutes ( that does include time walking to car )that there is a modification in the fuel tank which all dealers should have know i called terry and to say he was rude whilst i was in another land rover dealership was an understatement even the service lady( at stratstone ) was taken back his words as he was on loud speaker "well your getting it done whats your problem " !! you see Terry the problem is i ask you to fix it should not be too much to ask i guess ( still I'm under warranty for whats thats worth at likes ) i explained the fault to you and you just couldn't be bothered .. Then the final straw which has made me write this review is after the service which have i mentioned is pre paid ( not the first one they pretended to do ) only one week later the check coolant light came on much to my amazement, so again i drove to stratstone in Cardiff and the female tech emily came out and had to re fill my coolant as it was bone dry I've taken pictures and emailed across but with no reply ( this is after I've had a service ) i asked her is this item on the check list she said yes of course the engine needs water to operate the cooling system its very important fundamental running of your engine whilst i was there the tech pointed out the my rear tyres are wearing on the inner edge i asked would that have anything to do with the rear axle coming off , he said yes they have not four wheel algined your car so you will have adverse wear at a very quick rate,so i must thank likes again for two rear tyres ! So to summarise id make the extra effort to go to stratstone flagship dealership Cardiff if you want to be looked after as once Likes have had your money they don't care !! this is my real time experience with Likes
